Cecilia Fisher is a Classical Ballet Master and Professional Ballerina with 35 years of experience in her art form. She is a Certified Teacher of Level 7 with the world-renowned American Ballet Theater of New York City and is certified with Dance Masters of America, where she is a National Ballet Examiner. Cecilia, a native of Perú, studied Sculpture at the Fine Arts School of Trujillo and Architecture at Vallejo Private University and later became a Professional Ballerina at Company Ballet Municipal de Trujillo. She also went on to attend the Royal Academy of Ballet in London and continued to study other styles of dance, such as tap, folk, character, salsa, spanish, and flamenco dance.

After serving a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Cecilia married Robert Fisher in 2002 and she moved to the United States. Cecilia ran Fisher Fine Arts Center and Ballet Phoenix School in Arizona for 18 years. Cecilia's newest project is the Rexburg Arts Center, home of Rexburg Ballet School. She believes that hard work and passion, along with a little talent when possible, lead to accomplishing every goal and finding great success. When she is not at the barre teaching or choreographing, she enjoys been at home cooking peruvian food for all her family and friends.
